These Terms apply to your use of the Glacier Lodge Stay website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort serve adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. We may ask for photo ID on arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are quoted in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. Full settlement occurs on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night applies; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Guest conduct

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or others, damages property, breaches gaming rules, or violates reasonable conduct standards.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be set anytime with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Glacier Lodge Stay or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and related IP law.

9. External links

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not liable for the content or practices of external sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cannes.
